Christian Education

One Room Sunday School provides the foundation of our Christian Education Program for our children each Sunday morning in the Scott Building from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. We begin as a large group with singing and an opening to highlight our Bible story. Children then join smaller groups to engage in related activities at their level. To conclude, we review and share our learning together. While youngsters learn, experience, and understand at their own pace, we hope each child will

  • develop a faith foundation
  • know the Bible and our faith traditions
  • learn to relate to God and the church and
  • learn to relate faith to daily living

To meet the needs of adult learners, a series of short, thematic programs will be provided to cover topics of interest throughout the year.
