Good Food & Fellowship Program What is the Baptist Church in the Great Valley Good Food & Fellowship Program? The Baptist Church in the Great Valley Good Food & Fellowship Program is an opportunity to get to know new friends in our congregation and to get to know old friends even better! Imagine the wonderful ideas that may come from dinner discussions! How does it Work? On each of the dates, we will gather in the homes of hosts. The host provides the dining location and main course. Guests provide soup, salad, vegetables, dessert, etc. If you cannot prepare anything to bring, that is fine also. Just bring yourself and do not feel guilty. Your church family wants your fellowship, not necessarily your food! On each date, the guests and hosts change so that you meet some new people. Do I have to attend every time? No. You will have a chance to R.S.V.P. for each date. How do I sign up? There is no need to register in any way. If you wish to attend, just call the host announced for that date and express your interest in attending. Or you may just call Florence & Art Namendorf at 610-240-9359. How will I know where to go and what to bring? Hosts will be announced in the church newsletter and in the Sunday bulletin, and you may call the host directly to let them know you will be coming and to decide upon a side dish to bring. If necessary, your host will provide directions. On the occasions where there is more than one hosting location, you may be asked to attend a specific site if the number of guests exceeds the host's capacity. Otherwise, try to attend a different location each year. For example, if you attended at the Winters' home last year in January, try to attend at the Mansfields' home. However, there are no hard and fast rules. This is a fun social event
