A New Program! Family Days Kickoff

Starting on Sunday, September 14 and continuing on the second Sunday of each month, we will highlight our children and youth in the 10:30am worship service. This will be followed by a luncheon, family games and seasonal activities. For the kickoff, we will have a delicious picnic and games on the lawn. We are excited to begin this new initiative designed to give some of our families who live at great distances a chance to attend when the children and youth can all see each other and the rest of their church family. In worship, Pastor Rebecca will provide a children’s message (which the adults all appreciate, too) and children and youth will be invited to take part in the service, reading scripture or providing music, etc. Sunday School for the children will take place as usual with the young ones leaving worship midway through to have a lesson prepared for them. We encourage youth to stay for the service.

We really hope you will join us for the worship service and the festivities. It’s a great time to get acquainted with us if you are a visitor. There’s always plenty of good food and fellowship.
