Family Sunday

Sunday, December 14 is Family Sunday for the month. The 10:30am worship service will include an “Instant Christmas Pageant.” Each member of the congregation, including visitors, will receive a bag with an assigned role and a prop or hat to represent one of the players in the Nativity Story. You won’t know until you look in the bag whether you will have the dignified role of say, Mary, or a Wise Man, or whether you will be asked to bray like a donkey, or bleat like a sheep. It’s all in good fun and designed to bring our children familiarity with an important piece of the story of Christ.

If you decide to join us, as we hope you will, please stay for the Christmas luncheon afterward. Ham and turkey with potluck sides. It’s truly a delicious event!
